Our CrossFit Group Classes are led by our expert Coaches and revolve around the “Workout of the Day.” Each session kicks off with a comprehensive warm-up and typically includes a dedicated strength segment, culminating in an invigorating conditioning workout. Our Coaches are committed to ensuring your safety and effectiveness in every exercise and program. You can expect unwavering quality and consistency in our group classes, providing an appropriate challenge regardless of your fitness level. With ample equipment and space, even the most seasoned athletes will find their needs met.

New to CrossFit? Discover Foundations

If you’re new to CrossFit, we encourage you to explore our Foundations program, a beginner-friendly introduction to CrossFit principles. Foundations is a prerequisite for those without prior CrossFit experience who wish to join our group classes. It’s your first step towards building a strong fitness foundation.

Transferring From Another Affiliate?

Experienced athletes looking to join Dynasty are welcome! If you are proficient in movements like the snatch, clean and jerk, toes to bar, and handstand push-ups and are interested in joining us, please reach out to us at info@dynastygym.com or burnaby@dynastygym.com (for Burnaby location) with details about your prior experience. Once we confirm your previous experience, we’ll guide you through the signup process, and you can seamlessly become a part of our fitness community.
