I’ve completed my foundations course at another CrossFit gym. Do I need to retake it at Dynasty Gym?
No, you don’t need to retake the foundations course if you’ve already completed it at another CrossFit gym. At Dynasty Gym, we recognize the training you’ve received. However, we do recommend a brief assessment with one of our experienced coaches to ensure you’re familiar with our specific programming and movements. This helps us tailor your experience to best suit your fitness level and goals.
Can I try out a CrossFit class before joining?
Yes! If you’re interested in joining, we would be happy to offer you a free class before making your decision.
