Membership Holds & Cancellations
Membership Holds
Dynasty Gym members may place their membership on hold for a prepaid fee of $7 + tax per week or $28 + tax per month. Holds must start on or after today, be a minimum of 1 week, and cannot exceed 6 months.
Payment for the full hold period is charged immediately to the card on file. If you extend your hold, the same rates apply for the added time. If you end a hold early, any remaining prepaid amount isn’t refundable. When your hold end date arrives, your membership automatically reactivates and regular billing resumes.
Processing time: Requests are reviewed within 24 hours and are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Dynasty Gym.
Membership Cancellations
Members can cancel their memberships at any time. Required notice is 5 days for no-contract plans, or 60 days for 48-week contract plans.
If a no-contract cancellation is submitted with less than 5 days’ notice before the next bill, a $45 cancellation fee may apply and be charged to the card on file. Cancelling during a 48-week contract period results in 2 payments owing as outlined in the Policy Agreement. You’ll retain access to the gym until your membership is terminated.

Hold Request
