What is HYROX?

HYROX is a growing indoor fitness competition that incorporates 8 functional training stations with an 8-kilometer run. Participants begin by running 1km, complete a workout station, then repeat this order until all 8 are completed. The functional fitness stations include Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. With a global leaderboard and competitions across the globe, HYROX is accessible for anyone looking to get fit!

New to HYROX?

Want to get fit, but don’t know where to begin? HYROX could be a great choice for you! All HYROX classes are beginner-friendly, meaning you do not need experience with CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting to participate. There is no introductory Foundations Course necessary, so newcomers are welcome to begin attending classes right away!

Are you an official HYROX affiliate?

Yes, Dynasty Gym is a proud affiliate of HYROX!

I want to attend HYROX, but I don’t have HYROX experience. Is this okay?

Yes, all HYROX classes are beginner-friendly and do not require any prior experience in CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting.

Can I still sign up for a membership if I don’t have CrossFit experience?

Yes, if you are only interested in attending our HYROX classes, you can sign up for a membership right away! If you do not have experience with either CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting, registration for these classes will be disabled on your membership; however, access can be granted upon the completion of our Foundations Course.
