The program consists of six private 1-on-1 sessions, ensuring you receive individualized attention and feedback. Each session introduces 3-5 new movements, followed by a scalable workout to practice your skills.

Why do I need CrossFit Foundations?

I’ve done Foundations somewhere else, do I still need to do it again?

If you’ve completed a Foundations or On-Ramp course at another registered Crossfit affiliate, you can come in for a complimentary fitness assessment, after the evaluation, we’ll determine if you’re ready to join in our classes right away or if you’ll need to complete any prerequisites. Feel free to book your complimentary no sweat intro!

How many sessions is it?

Our Foundations Course consists of six 1-hour long sessions. There is no set time in which you must complete the course, but most individuals will complete either one or two sessions per week. This also depends on your availability, as well as the availability of our coaches, and may be completed in a shorter or longer time frame depending on how often you prefer to have your sessions

What if I need to cancel a session?

If you need to miss a session, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you with a makeup session. However, please be aware that missed appointments, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may include a $90 make-up fee.

Can I join the Foundations program if I have no prior fitness experience?

Absolutely! The Foundations program is designed for athletes of all fitness levels, from beginners to those with more experience. Our coaches will work with you at your own pace to ensure you understand key movements and feel confident.
